Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately and promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to all safety and quality standards
- Serve food items efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work station
- Engage with guests to create a lively, friendly atmosphere, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and dining space in compliance with health regulations
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address any concerns promptly to ensure an outstanding experience
