Sales & Client Services Representative

MoneyEX is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Sales & Client Services Representative to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to walk-in, phone, and online clients
Assist customers with foreign exchange and related financial services
Verify customer information and ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements
Create and maintain accurate customer files and transaction records
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Follow up on customer inquiries and transaction status updates
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth
Maintain and update customer information within CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Prepare daily sales and activity reports Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Persian (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Preferred Experience
Foreign exchange,banking,
financial services, or customer-facing sales
CRM systems
KYC, AML, and compliance procedures
International money transfers
Banking Teller experience
AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
