Your role would include completing ADLs, assistance with personal care including showers, light housekeeping, overall companionship with our client.

Creates Happier Aging experiences for clients in home and community settings
Assists with ADL’s: healthy meal preparation, personal care, transfers, ambulation and exercises, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, transportation, etc, according to the Care Plan
Completing records accurately and carrying out all assignments as requested
Being able to use applications via phone to properly communicate and document client care
Engages and reports to Care Designers to elevate your client’s experience and care
Functions within the limits of own experience and knowledge, and practices safely and competently within the job description.
