We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Industrial Coater/Painter to join our manufacturing team at our Strathroy, Ontario facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a career with a stable and growing company.
Shift Schedule:
Afternoon Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:30PM – 2:00AM
Shift premium is included in the published rates.
Training will take place on day shift for approximately the first 3 weeks before transitioning to afternoons.
What You’ll Do:
- Load and unload products from paint racks
- Inspect products before and after coating
- Apply coatings using fusion bonded epoxy and thermoplastic (powder coating)
- Sandblast products prior to coating
- Maintain paint booth and coating equipment
- Ensure coating quality and specifications are met
- Assist in other production areas as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous coating, powder coating, painting, or sandblasting experience is an asset
- No experience? We are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work well in a team

Pay: $23.90-$25.50 per hour
