We are looking for a part-time admin to join our team (~4days/week)! This would be to fill a maternity leave position with the possibility for a permanent position afterwards.
Admin responsibilities include: opening and closing clinic, answering phones and emails, scheduling patients, collecting payment, accounts receivable, coordinating insurance for patients, collecting from insurance companies, interacting with patients, social media postings, and other day-to-day tasks. Potential this position can become full time in the future.
Clinic Hours
M: 8am - 3pm
T/W/Th: 9am - 5pm
F: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Minimum 1 year orthodontic/dental experience REQUIRED.
Orthodontic experience preferred.
