Job Description:
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Snow Shovellers to join our team in Victoria for the upcoming winter season. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, snow-free walkways and entrances for our commercial clients. This position is a great opportunity for those who are looking for flexible work during snow events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear snow from sidewalks, walkways, and building entrances
- Apply de-icing agents as required
- Work in various weather conditions, including cold, wind, and snow
- Respond quickly (within 1 hour) when a snow event occurs
- Maintain logs of work completed and submit daily reports
- Report any damages or hazards immediately

Qualifications:
- Must be reliable and available on short notice for snow events
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in challenging weather conditions
- Able to respond to snow events within 1 hour
- Previous experience in snow removal is an asset but not required
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
