Clean Ops is expanding beyond residential cleaning into Airbnb management and property services, and we're looking for a reliable, motivated person to grow with us.
This is not a typical cleaning position. You'll be part of a team that helps manage and maintain homes, short-term rentals, and investment properties throughout Hamilton and surrounding areas.
What you'll do:
- Professional residential and Airbnb cleaning
- Property inspections and quality checks
- Restocking Airbnb supplies
- Laundry and turnover preparation
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Assisting with minor property tasks
- Helping prepare properties for new guests or tenants
- Supporting new property management projects as we grow
What we're looking for:
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Evening and weekend availability (required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, checklists, and updates
- Experience in cleaning, hospitality, or property management is an asset (but not required)
