We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and helping clients find the right immigration pathway, we'd love to hear from you.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Sunday: Off
- This is a full-time in-person position (not remote or hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with new leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Understand clients' immigration goals and assess their initial eligibility.
- Explain our immigration services and recommend suitable consultation packages.
- Schedule appointments with senior when required.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Build trust with prospective clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or immigration consulting (immigration experience is an asset).
- Cold calling experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English; Punjabi is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident handling inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Comfortable using CRM software
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates with previous experience in an immigration or educational consulting company in India or Canada will be considered an asset.
