What you will do::
As Branch Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the performance of the branch, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation while achieving sales and profitability objectives.

Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch and distribution centre to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable performance.

Drive operational excellence through inventory management, process improvements, and productivity initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Foster a customer-first culture by delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.

Partner with the sales team to drive profitable revenue growth and expand market share.

Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Recruit, develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.

Create an engaged workplace culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet operational and customer needs while managing labour effectively.

Provide ongoing performance coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities.

Deliver branch financial results by achieving sales, margin, and profitability targets.

Monitor branch performance using key financial and operational metrics.

Manage expenses responsibly while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
What you will bring::
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.

5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in branch management, distribution, wholesale, building materials, industrial, or a related industry.

Minimum of 7 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.

Demonstrated success driving sales growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience preparing reports, business correspondence, and operational documentation.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); experience with distribution or ERP systems is considered an asset.

Valid driver's license.
