Kitchen Staff (Part-time) / Front of House Staff (Part-time)
We are looking for friendly and motivated team members to join our small ramen restaurant in Banff.
Our restaurant has only 15–20 seats, creating a welcoming and team-oriented environment. While we get busy during peak hours, we value teamwork, quality, cleanliness, and great customer service above all.
Positions Available
Kitchen Staff (Part-time)
- 1–3 shifts per week
- Approximately 5 hours per shift
Front of House Staff (Part-time)
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who enjoy working as part of a small team.
You are someone who:
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Works well with others
- Is willing to help wherever needed
- Has a positive attitude
- Has kitchen experience (preferred but not required)
- Can commit to working for at least 3 months
Kitchen Responsibilities
- Food preparation and cooking
- Prep work
- Cleaning
- Inventory organization
- Assisting customers when needed
Front of House Responsibilities
- Customer service
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Answering phone calls
- Prep work
- Cleaning
- Organizing inventory
As we are a small team, FOH staff will also help with simple kitchen tasks such as basic prep work and dishwashing when needed.

Wage
During Training
Front of House
Kitchen
(Tips average approximately $4+/hour.)
After Training
Kitchen
- $19–20+/hour + tips
- No experience: starting from $19/hour
- Experienced cooks: starting from $20/hour
- Pay increases by $1/hour once you are able to work independently.
Front of House
- Wage will be discussed based on experience.
