Join Our Team: New Patient Coordinator with a Health & Sales Background

We are a busy, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinic seeking an energetic, self-motivated New Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of health knowledge and client-focused sales experience to help guide new patients through their recovery journey with care and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial intake and onboarding for new patients
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, insurance verification, and claim submissions
- Educate patients on orthopedic products and assist with product sales and fittings
- Follow up with patients via phone, email, or text to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
- Support interdisciplinary communication between clinicians and patients
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and physiology
- Prior experience in health, fitness, rehabilitation, or a related field
- Sales or customer service experience, with a talent for building rapport and trust
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office software
- Eagerness to grow and learn through ongoing training and development
Preferred Backgrounds:
- Kinesiologist or Physiotherapist Assistant
- Experience in health product sales or rehabilitation services
