Job Summary:
The Esthetician plays a crucial role in enhancing our clients' well-being by providing exceptional skincare treatments and promoting overall relaxation and rejuvenation. This position involves a range of essential duties, including skin assessments, treatments, and product recommendations, with a strong focus on ensuring guest satisfaction. The Esthetician should also demonstrate financial responsibility by contributing to revenue generation through upselling and retail sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Skin Care Services: Administer a comprehensive array of skin care treatments, including facials, scrubs, relaxing massages, body and foot treatments and other esthetic services, customized to meet individual client needs.
- Consultation: Pre-assess clients' skincare concerns, discuss treatment options, and recommend personalized skincare regimens.
- Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the latest skincare products, trends, and technologies, and provide expert product recommendations to clients.
- Sanitation: Maintain a pristine and hygienic workspace, adhering to strict sanitation and cleanliness protocols while ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition.
- Client Education: Educate clients about effective skincare routines, at-home product usage, and lifestyle choices that contribute to overall skin health.
Required Skills:
- Esthetician License: Possess a valid esthetician license.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrate previous experience as an Esthetician, preferably in a spa or salon setting.
- Product Knowledge: Profound knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and equipment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
