We are looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor to lead residential and commercial landscape projects throughout the Edmonton area.
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a motivated leader who can manage crews, operate equipment, maintain production schedules, and deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape construction crews on residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate daily tasks, manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
- Read and interpret landscape drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Conduct daily site safety meetings and hazard assessments.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Communicate with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Track project progress and report issues proactively.
- Operate equipment when required, including skid steers, excavators, loaders, and compact equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 3 years experience leading landscape construction crews.
- Strong knowledge of grading, hardscaping, softscaping, and site development.
- Experience operating landscape construction equipment.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read plans and manage crews independently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience managing multiple crews.
- Safety certifications including First Aid
- Experience working on commercial landscape projects.
