Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Installation Assistant to support our installation team. This role involves assisting Lead Person with installation projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in construction, hands-on work, and a willingness to learn new skills.
Duties
- Use hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment to safely and effectively execute installation processes.
- Support the installation of countertops
- Load and offload stone countertops under supervision for safe transportation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency on-site.
- working with stone surfaces like marble granite quartz and porcelain
- working in dusty environment, standing on your feet for long periods
- PPE will be required to wear, hard hat, safety shoes, safety glasses, ear muffs, visibility clothes, etc
Skills
- heavy lifting required, able to lift above 75 lbs
- Ability to read tape measure
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety standards at all times.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different project requirements.

All roles are paid positions designed to provide hands-on experience in the construction industry while supporting team success.
Pay: From $20.50 per hour
