Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Work closely with experienced maintenance, operations, and engineering professionals

Support mining operations and maintenance teams by improving equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency
Perform engineering calculations, analyze operational data, and provide technical recommendations to support maintenance activities
Scope, plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance-related projects from concept through execution
Provide technical support to maintenance planners, supervisors, and trades teams
Complete risk-based assessments and coordinate inspections, repairs, and third-party maintenance work
Support management of change processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with project teams to incorporate reliability and maintenance improvements into equipment upgrades and installations
Participate in safety initiatives, training programs, and operational improvement activities
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
2+ years of engineering experience within mining, heavy industrial, manufacturing, or industrial operations environments
Use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across maintenance, operations, and engineering teams
Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help drive successful project coordination and maintenance execution
Experience supporting rotating and stationary equipment systems is considered an asset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt within a fast-paced industrial environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CMMS systems such as Maximo
