Komplete Modular Solutions Ltd. is seeking a HSE & Project Coordinator to provide procurement, logistical and Health, Safety & Environmental support to projects and ongoing operations as needs arise. This position is focused on coordinating efforts of projects, relaying information to company management, liaising with contractors, vendors, suppliers & clients, and problem-solving project challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities include performing project scheduling & reporting, material & vendor procurement, logistics management, sub-contractor management, project administration, HSE program administration, operating a light vehicle and traveling to remote locations.
This position requires approximately 80% local work in various outdoor/indoor environments and 20% travel/field time. You will be exposed to multiple environments and conditions dependent on the physical tasks required and location of company equipment.
Desired applicants will possess five years of previous work experience and will have a High School Diploma, Class 5 drivers license, Construction Safety Training System (CSTS), Health & Safety Administrator training (HSA) and WHMIS GHS certification. Other preferred training includes Supervisory Citation, working towards or having NCSO, PMP and / or CAPM certifications.
