Experienced Dental lab manager/technician needed for a busy dental lab,
MUST have knowledge of running a dental lab! and all dental lab departments as listed below:
Minimum experience of 5 years working (in person) at a dental lab
Experience with
-dental implants
-denture set-up and process
-porcelain/zirconia design and process
-dental digital scanning and design.
able to work independently, very organized and have a strong attention to detail.
The right person must be able to manage the flow of day to day cases as well as speak directly to technicians with regards to on going cases.
This is an in person role, means of transportation is required.
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory,
- making sure all cases in each department are in order, and quality is maintained
- Manage laboratory staff - speak directly with each technician about on going cases
- Monitor quality control, check for errors and defects in each case prior to finish
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions as necessary
Qualifications:
- MUST! have Previous experience in a dental laboratory
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
