Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain inventory of parts and accessories
- Utilize a point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and availability of parts
- Market and promote special offers and promotions to customers
- Coordinate with automotive repair technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for inventory management and data analysis
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage parts inventory
- Cashiering experience to handle customer transactions accurately
- Bilingual proficiency to assist customers who speak different languages
- Knowledge of automotive repair to provide accurate advice on parts selection
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
