About the Role
Guild Insurance Group is hiring a Personal Lines Account Executive to support and grow an existing client portfolio.
This role is being recruited in anticipation of an upcoming retirement, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to transition into an established book of business with full team support.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and service an existing personal lines book of business
- Provide advice on home and personal insurance coverage
- Prepare quotes, renewals, and policy changes
- Support clients through the claims process
- Build strong client relationships and maintain retention

What You’ll Bring
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:
- Level 1 Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Progress toward CAIB designation
- Personal lines or insurance experience
