WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Make outbound calls to new and existing prospects
- Make outbound calls to existing and returning customers
- Build real relationships, not just close deals
- Clearly explain vehicle and powersports options and financing solutions
- Guide customers through the process and follow up consistently
- Keep the CRM up to date with accurate and detailed notes
- Represent Mobile Auto Canada with professionalism every single day
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Speaks clearly and confidently in English over the phone, this is a phone-based role and communication is everything
- Punctual and dependable, we are a small team so everyone counts
- Thick-skinned and resilient, rejection is part of sales and you bounce back quickly
- Hungry to learn, we will train the right person but you need to put in the work
- A true sales mindset, coachable, competitive, and committed to getting better every day
- Organized, goal-oriented, and detail-conscious
- Positive attitude and a genuine team-player mindset
- Experience in sales, call centers, or customer service is a plus, but attitude and drive matter most

Location: 1420 Clarence Avenue, Winnipeg, MB
Pay: $16 per hour base plus performance bonuses, most representatives earn $20 to $28 per hour total
Schedule: Primarily daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening shifts and Saturdays as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$28.00 per hour
