Kitra Finishing Ltd is seeking a Full-Time Spray Technician to join our growing team. This position involves working in our North Vancouver spray shop as well as on-site at high-end residential and commercial projects across the Greater Vancouver area — primarily in Vancouver, West Vancouver & Whistler.
We’re a specialized shop & field spray finishing contractor known for our industry-leading craftsmanship, attention to detail, and product knowledge. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated individual who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us.
What We’re Looking For:
- MUST have your own vehicle and be willing to use it for work
- EXTREMELY detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality
- Able to manage and juggle multiple tasks/projects
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to lift 20+ lbs
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):
- Experience in spray shops, auto-body, or wood finishing
- Formal education or training in coatings/finishing
- Familiarity with waterborne products and HVLP spraying
- Background in art or culinary skills are an asset

Wage:
- $25.00/hour to start (short trial period)
- Up to $45.00+/hour based on experience and training (top tier achievable in 3–4 years)
