Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer who knows CRIBBING AND STRIPPING to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
