So what will you be doing as a Data Storage Specialist, and what makes you a fit?
You'll be the go-to person for customers, helping them set up and maintain their storage systems and troubleshoot issues. Your responsibilities include:
Configuring and maintaining storage systems.
Fixing hardware and software problems.
Using our service ticket system to handle customer inquiries.
Collaborating with our team on improvements.
Ensuring data security and backups.
Diagnosing and resolving various technical issues.
