Forward Insurance Managers Ltd. is hiring a full-time Configuration Analyst to join our team. In this role you will assist in creating a seamless digital experience, learning our business process and how our customers interact with Forward.

Job Description:
· Configuration, management and design of digital insurance solution.
· Assist in user testing efforts and resolution of testing conflicts.
· Create and maintain accurate documentation.
· Production and analysis of reports.
· Promote and model Forward culture, values, and brand promise.
· Continuously build professional and technical expertise.
· Achieve performance targets.
· Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
· Experience with, or knowledge of, web development technologies.
· Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript.
· Advanced Excel experience.
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
· Proficient in mathematic calculations.
· Knowledge of design processes and methodologies with ability to be flexible.
· Ability to deliver high-quality work at pace, able to adjust to a steep learning curve and adapt to change.
· Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Successful completion of a criminal record check.
Education / Experience:
· Computer science, web development or other relevant post-secondary education.
· Knowledge of insurance industry is not required but would be considered major asset.
