Career Entry Positions Description:
This ad is designed to connect potential Behaviour Interventionists with home teams hiring on contract to work with individuals on the autism spectrum. Every team will have a different training protocol, hours and wage. Below is the description of what you might expect.
Start with a 4 hr per week internship for one month
2 - 6 h shifts, 2-4 times per week
Shifts are as flexible as your school schedule changes
Work available after school, on Weekends, ProD Days and Holidays
Working in a child's home and generalizing skills in the community
Ideal part-time job for psychology, education, ECE, SLP, OT students!!
Ideal applicant:
Has leadership skills
Takes initiative
Fun but firm ( babysitting experience or coaching experience)
Is interested in the field of psychology
Having your own car is an asset
A good team player
Able to commit to the team for one year
Starting compensation: $18 - $35 (rate set independently by employers)
