Job Description:
We are seeking a Retail Financing and Sales Specialist to join our motorcycle shop's business office. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for assisting potential customers with retail financing options, processing cash deals, and upselling warranties to enhance their motorcycle purchasing experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide potential customers with financing options, ensuring they understand their choices.
Process cash deals and assist customers with their payment preferences.
Promote and upsell warranty and protection plans to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales and financing goals.
Stay informed about financing programs and warranty options.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred).
Sales experience, particularly in retail financing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of financing options, warranty programs, and sales techniques.
