JOB SUMMARY:
The Underground Utility Installer (Labourer) reports to a Lead Hand/Foreman to assist in the installation of electrical and underground utilities. Majority of the work takes place in outdoor environments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working 5 - 6 days a week, 8 - 10 hours a day.
- Manual labour to support underground utility installation.
- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Dig, backfill, and clean out trenches.
- Ability to operate equipment or willing to learn.
- Complete ongoing maintenance of work area, trenches and equipment, ensuring clean and safe operations.
- Perform miscellaneous laboring activities to support the installation of underground utilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift 75lbs.
- 7 months to 1 year of previous experience in construction industry.
- Be able to stand, kneel, crouch, bend and walk.
- Willing to work outdoors.
Wage: $23.00/hour
