We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Call Center Executive / Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the dental industry. This role requires a professional customer service approach with strong promotional skills to generate leads, build relationships, and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calls, lead generation, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate client records in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Proactively contact dental professionals to introduce our products and services, and follow up on previous inquiries.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by understanding client needs.
Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings or consultations for our sales representatives with interested dental practices.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and answer client questions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
Database Management: Accurately record and update client information, call details, and sales activities in Salesforce.
Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support overall business goals and initiatives.
Event Support: Assist in planning and attending industry tradeshows and seminars as required.
Qualifications:
Salesforce Experience: Must be proficient in Salesforce, including follow-up tracking and database management.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a related field is required. Experience in the dental industry is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize leads, and follow up effectively.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other CRM tools.
Education: Post-secondary education in dental, medical, or a related field is an asset.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
