What's the Job?
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional support
- Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, and chat channels
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations
- Navigate multiple systems and tools to research and deliver solutions in real-time
What's Needed?
- A High School diploma (or GED)
- One year of customer care experience (preferred)
- Excellent phone presence with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Technical troubleshooting experience with iOS, Smartphones, Tablets, and PC/Mac products
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS or comparable technology
