The Humberview Group is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to add to one of our teams in Mississauga.
Our Service Advisors are one of the first points of contact with customers who bring their vehicles in for service.
As a Service Advisor, you will serve as one of the primary points of contact for customers visiting our Service Department. You will play a critical role in ensuring every customer receives knowledgeable guidance, transparent communication, and a seamless service experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
This role requires someone who can confidently recommend necessary repairs and maintenance, manage workflow efficiently, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction while supporting department performance. If you excel at relationship-building, problem-solving, and delivering top-tier customer service, we want to hear from you.
Compensation: $50,000 to $100,000 a year.

What You'll Do
- Greet customers upon arrival and conduct detailed vehicle walk-arounds to assess service needs and document concerns.
- Provide professional recommendations on required repairs, maintenance, and preventative services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.
- Manage repair estimate timelines, shop loading, and service scheduling to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments while ensuring effective workflow within the Service Department.
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related questions with professionalism and care.
- Monitor the progress of repair orders throughout the day and provide timely updates to customers.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly.
- Additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For

- Previous Service Advisor experience.
- Understanding of CDK would be considered an asset.
- Strong technical/mechanical knowledge is required.
- A valid G driver’s license and clean drivers’ abstract.
- Strong organizational skills.
