Reports to: The Director-Reaching Home and Urban Inuit Division in the President’s Department.

Responsibilities
➢ Be at Airport from 7h00 to 15h00 Saturday and Sunday:
- Assist those from the North who have missed their flight or have been released from a center and looking for a flight to go home;
- Assist members of the community who may need help finding a shelter;
- If they do not have an Identity Card to take the flight, have a beneficiary card done;
- Collaborate with Ullivik for the departures;
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Intervention, is an asset;
- Good communication skills in at least two (2) of the three (3) languages: Inuktitut, English and/or French;
- Good computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Have good knowledge of the realities, needs, and assets of the urban Inuit community in Montreal, or a strong willingness to learn about it;
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, have a team spirit and openness to collaboration, and contribute to a positive and healthy work environment;
- Motivated, and be passionate about improving the quality of life of urban Inuit;
- Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement and excellent work and moral ethic;
- Ability to work outside standard office hours;
- Ability to balance multiple demands and urgent requests;
- Knowledge of urban Inuit priorities and understanding of the homelessness situation in Montreal;
- High level of integrity, autonomy, and accountability;
- High level of understanding of self-care.
