Wascana Country Club is looking for experienced Servers, Bartenders, and Bussers to join our Banquets & Events team. Candidates must have open availability, with evening and weekend availability preferred.

Job Duties
Responsibilities will vary depending on the position and may include:
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide attentive food and beverage service during banquets and events.
- Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders when required.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Practice responsible alcohol service when applicable.
- Monitor member and guest needs throughout service and involve a manager when necessary.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout and following events.
- Set tables and event spaces according to function requirements.
- Assist with event setup and teardown.
- Maintain clean and organized server stations, bar areas, and designated back-of-house areas.
- Ensure service areas are appropriately stocked with glassware, cutlery, napkins, and other supplies.
- Process member charges and payments when required.
- Complete opening, closing, and cash-out procedures as applicable to the position.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and workplace safety.
- Support fellow team members throughout service and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, banquet, bartending, or hospitality experience is an asset.
- Bartenders and employees serving alcohol must be at least 19 years of age and have a valid Serve It Right Saskatchewan certificate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with members and guests professionally, tactfully, and respectfully.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Professional appearance and manners with a strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, early mornings, and occasional split shifts.
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Overtime may be required.
- Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs may be required.
