Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Violin Teacher to join our vibrant Saturday morning program. Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging violin lessons tailored to students’ ages and skill levels during Saturday morning sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans that incorporate fundamental techniques, music theory, and performance skills
- Foster a welcoming environment that motivates children to explore their musical potential
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to active learning
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate student achievements and areas for growth
- Incorporate fun activities such as musical games or group performances to enhance the learning experience
Requirements:
- RCM Certified/Accredited Violin Teacher
- Experience teaching children ages 2–14
- Comfortable teaching complete beginners through more advanced students
- Strong knowledge of the Royal Conservatory of Music curriculum and exam preparation
- Warm, patient, and engaging teaching style
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Reliable and committed to maintaining a consistent Saturday schedule.
- If unable to attend a scheduled class, the teacher is responsible for arranging appropriately qualified coverage.

Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
