What This Role Is Really About
You are the first voice homeowners hear when they reach out to EcoTech.
You handle inbound calls from interested homeowners and follow up with warm outbound leads. Your job is to build trust, answer questions, and book in home consultations for our sales team.
This role rewards people who can think, listen, and guide conversations with confidence.
What You Will Be Doing
Answer inbound calls with professionalism and control
Follow up with warm leads and re engage interested homeowners
Book qualified appointments for our in home sales team
Handle basic questions and objections clearly and calmly
Update customer information accurately in our CRM
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Work closely with sales and marketing to improve results
What We Are Looking For
Experience in a call centre, customer service, or sales role
Strong communication skills and clear spoken English
Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations
Organized and reliable with attention to detail
Competitive mindset. You like targets and results
Coachability. You apply feedback and improve quickly
Industry experience is a bonus but not required. We train the right people.

Schedule and Details
Hours can range from, 20 - 44 hours per week
Monday to Friday with occasional evenings or weekends
Ontario based role
In person with work from home flexibility after training
