Alora is a sales and marketing agency in Calgary. We handle face-to-face customer acquisition for major brands like Telus.
Right now, we are looking for full-time Telus Sales Representatives to join our team.
You don’t need a background in sales to apply. We care much more about your attitude and work ethic. We provide full, hands-on training and daily 1-on-1 mentorship to teach you everything from scratch.
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Interaction: Meet face-to-face with customers to discuss and match them with Telus Cellphone, Internet, Security, and TV services.
- Sales Training: Learn our complete sales process from start to finish—including how to qualify customer needs and close deals.
- Skill Building: Attend daily team meetings and workshops designed to improve your communication, public speaking, and confidence.
- Leadership Development: Gain experience in peer coaching and floor management as you progress within the team.

Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training is provided.
- Core Skills: Strong communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality.
- Mindset: A strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office location in Kensignton Calgary, AB.
- Schedule: Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
