We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in our systems.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Provide multilingual support when necessary to accommodate diverse customer backgrounds.
- Performs additional duties and miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
