Job Description
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate leads and book jobs by speaking directly with homeowners in residential neighbourhoods.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, wants unlimited earning potential, and is comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighbourhoods door-to-door
- Introduce homeowners to our services
- Build trust and answer customer questions
- Generate leads and book appointments
- Represent Rinse Shine professionally
- Meet personal sales goals
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and confident personality
- Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Sales experience is an asset but not required—we provide training
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Pay
- No base salary
- Our sales associates earn a percentage on every sale they make.
- Average earnings typically range from $120–$500 per day, depending on performance.
