The position – R.I.B.(Ont) Licenced Account Manager and New Client Specialist (Personal Lines Insurance)
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our growing team! The ideal candidate would have a minimum of five years’ experience working in the insurance industry and a passion for delivering extraordinary service.
Key responsibilities: Provide an extraordinary Bryson experience by offering appropriate insurance solutions, flexible service options, and a best-in-class customer experience that results in surpassing new business and retention targets.
Duties:
- Provide ongoing friendly Customer Service, advising on insurance matters, assessing needs, recommending solutions, answering inquiries
- Ensuring clients understand policy coverage and exclusions through clear and concise communication
- Retaining existing clientele through extraordinary service levels, remarketing of renewals to alternate insurance companies, ensuring soliciting of mono-line accounts
- Ensure the quality of business renewed or re-written meets guidelines
- Processing policy changes on company portals and proactively communicating billing changes to clients
- Responsible for pulling reports after obtaining required consents and documenting file
- Responsible for generating new business opportunities in alignment with targets
- Be timely and responsive to inbound insurance requests
- Ensure the quality of business renewed or re-written meets guidelines
- Quick and accurate quoting of all new prospects
- Communicate with underwriters and obtain approvals for all underwriting referrals
- Utilize services of the New Business Technical Assistant

Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the insurance industry
- Applied EPIC experience an asset
- CIP or CAIB designation or working toward this designation an asset
- RIBO license required
- Experience in handling VIP clients is an asset
- Sales Experience a requirement
