General Construction Specialist

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly experienced, reliable, and all-around talented General Construction Specialist to join our team. If you’ve spent years mastering various aspects of residential and/or commercial construction, from framing and drywall to flooring, tiling, finish carpentry, and everything in between, we want to hear from you.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and can jump into almost any task on site with confidence and skill.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of construction tasks (interior and exterior)
- Read and interpret blueprints or project plans when required
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with other team members and trades on-site
- Troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on construction experience
- Strong skills across multiple trades (framing, finishing, drywall, flooring, tiling, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tools.
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Knowledge of local building codes
- First Aid or Safety Training
- Working at Heights Training
