Personal Lines Account Executive

Responsibilities would include:
· Managing an established book of business (servicing, renewals, remarkets)
· Responsible for incoming sales of personal auto and home insurance existing business.
· Responsible for cross-selling our current portfolio
· Exceptional Customer Service
Qualifications:
· Must have a General Insurance License level 1
· Working towards CAIB or CIP
· Experience in Personal Lines at least 1 year
· Knowledge of some personal lines insurance company portals/autoplus
· Knowledge of broker management system (power-broker preferable)
· Possess strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
· Be goal oriented with a belief in quality customer service.
· Great interpersonal & communication skills
· A positive and energetic attitude
· Possess strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with technology.
· Works well in a team environment
