The Schedule
- Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM (enjoy your morning)
- Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (early weekend start)
- Saturday & Sunday: Always off
Compensation & Wage Transparency
We believe in compensating people fairly for what they bring to the table:
- $19.00 – $22.00/hr: For candidates with front-office/customer service experience looking to specialize and grow into a dental recall powerhouse.
- $23.00 – $27.00+/hr: For seasoned dental administrative veterans with proven recall mastery, billing proficiency, and dental software fluency.

What You’ll Own
- Oversee and optimize the daily hygiene schedule to ensure seamless patient flow and productive chair time.
- Drive proactive, patient-first recall and reactivation initiatives using automated tools, phone, and text.
- Act as the warm, reassuring bridge between our hygienists, dentists, and patients during treatment handoffs.
- Fill short-notice openings efficiently using an organized priority waitlist.
- Handle patient check-ins, insurance verification, and billing with clarity and confidence.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a dental administrative or hygiene coordinator role (strong familiarity with dental terminology, codes, and billing).
- Hands-on proficiency with modern dental practice management software (e.g., Tracker, Dentrix, or Cleardent).
- Natural organization instincts—you enjoy running a tight, predictable schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a genuine, patient-first demeanor.
