We're hiring a highly creative, strategic, curious, and analytical individual to join our Strategy team. This role works collaboratively with the Creative Strategy Lead to provide solutions aligned to a brand's key metric. You're a creative, unique thinker who has an understanding of how major brands think and assist in making marketing decisions. Most importantly, you're a learning animal with a robust growth mindset.

Day to Day

  • Collaborate with the Creative Strategy Lead to ideate content & creator strategies that are implementable for social campaigns.
  • Work alongside the Creative Strategy team, Sales, & Customer Experience (CX) to report on the progress of current projects.
  • Create proposal decks within Google Slides for clients that are clear, creative, and supported by data & insights to achieve their business objectives.
  • Contribute to building a category-defining company in the influencer marketing space, leveraging a network of the world's most talented creators to change the way consumer brands are built in the 21st century.

  • Creative – #paid delivers a completely new way to build brands, marrying creative and media distribution in one channel. You're a unique thinker and ideas-centric person who understands that ideas + execution = value.
  • Storytelling – You're a great storyteller with an ability to tell a compelling story that leverages the #paid competencies (the power of our creator network, beautiful visual content (photo, video, etc.), our platform, and our media optimization approach including organic and paid channels).
  • Highly Curious – You love to ask why. You're never satisfied with the status quo. You love to learn, and you are obsessed with understanding customers and their digital needs.
  • You're digital at heart – You consider yourself up to speed on the latest best practices, trends, and insights in the digital marketing space.
  • Resourceful – You are able to leverage resources at hand to find answers to your questions. You rely on your own resourcefulness and understand the trade-off between looking for your own answers and asking for help. You've demonstrated using today's best tools to satisfy answering questions.
  • Time management, impact, and organization – You have an advanced understanding of how your work connects to your team's work and the company at large. You're able to organize a high volume of priorities (with tight timelines!) with a focus on driving maximum business value.
  • Collaborative – You recognize that people have different working styles and behaviours and can adapt your approach to those you are working with. You know your own strengths and areas for improvement which help you focus on your personal learning and growth areas. You empathize with others and you're highly coachable.
