Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, treating, and preventing pest issues across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, safety, and effective pest management techniques. This position offers an opportunity to develop specialized skills in pest control while contributing to the health and safety of our clients' environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and entry points
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods and tools
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and ongoing maintenance plans
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed and follow-up schedules
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively during treatments
- Use sales skills to recommend additional services or products when appropriate
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during application processes to protect clients and team members
- Keep equipment clean, calibrated, and well-maintained for optimal performance
Experience
- Prior experience in pest control or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Must have clean Driving Record
- Must Possess Valid Driving License
- Must Have Pest Control Technician License
- Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus for promoting additional services
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is advantageous for handling various treatment scenarios
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate inspections and treatments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in diverse environments

Pay: $36,768.18-$50,727.25 per year
