NEXA is growing and looking for energetic, motivated individuals to represent Rogers Residential Services.
No previous telecommunications experience required. No degree required. No cap on your earnings. Just results.
What You'll Do
- Speak to homeowners and introduce Rogers products and services
- Outdoor work and customer-facing interactions
- Rogers uniform, badge, ID, and iPad provided
Products represented include:
- Internet
- TV
- Home Phone
- Wireless/Mobility
- Home Security Services
Flexible Schedule
- Minimum: 4 days/week
- Recommended: 5–6 days/week
Suggested work hours:
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Our strongest-performing hours are typically during afternoon/evening periods.)
- Saturday availability is a plus and offers additional earning opportunities.
Location: Unit 200, 683 10 St SW, Calgary, AB T2P 3G9
Compensation & Earnings:
- 100% commission-based (uncapped)
- Year-round potential: $75,000+
- Paid for each Rogers product and services sold.
- Typical earnings: $900 – $2,500+ per week
- Top performers earn significantly more

Interview Information
Interview Type: In-person preferred (virtual available)
Length: Approximately 30–60 minutes
Hours: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
No secondary interview process — qualified candidates may move directly through the hiring process.
