Required Experience
- Experience working with children ages 5-12
- Provide a safe, nurturing and welcoming early learning environment
- Familiar with aspects of emergent curriculum
- Worked directly with children who need behavioral, emotional, or academic assistance.
- Able to plan engaging developmentally appropriate program activities
- Committed to providing quality childcare experiences for children and families
- Strong communication skills verbally and written
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Willingness to collaborate with teammates, is flexible and adaptable
- Carry out and follow licensing requirements laid out by the Fraser Heath Department
- Able to plan and participate in daily program activities such as field trips and walks
- Able to maintain confidentially of families, children and staff
- Committed to continual professional development
- Comitted to working with the team for at least 1 year

This is a support position requiring 3hrs a day. The shift will be 3-6pm Mon-Fri.
