Zone Manager – Lawn and Garden
About the Role
We're a growing Lower Mainland landscaping company looking for a hands-on, driven Zone Manager for our Lawn & Garden division. This is a leadership role that owns the full cycle — sales, quality, and production. If you thrive in the field, love closing deals, and know how to lead a team to deliver great results, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sales & Estimating — Meet clients, conduct quote visits, prepare proposals, and follow up until you get a yes or no
- Quality Control — Conduct regular site inspections, catch issues early, and hold the team to a high standard
- Production Oversight — Ensure crews are scheduled, resourced, and executing efficiently against targets
- Enhancement Sales — Identify upsell opportunities (mulching, pruning, lawn care, seasonal services) across your portfolio
- Client Relations — Be the go-to contact for residential and strata clients; manage renewals and retention
- Team Leadership — Run toolbox talks, foreman meetings, and support onboarding and staff development
- Reporting & Systems — Use LMN, field management and CRM tools to track jobs, issues, and performance daily
What We're Looking For
- Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field
- Proven sales ability — you know how to build relationships and close
- Strong leadership — you can manage a team and hold people accountable
- Organized and self-directed — you don't need to be micromanaged
- Comfortable in the field and in front of clients
- Familiarity with LMN, CRM tools, or similar systems is a plus
- Valid driver's licence required
