Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our veterinary practice. Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments efficiently using our practice management software
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services
- Manage patient records and update client information accurately
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for clients and their pets
- Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain financial records
- Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Support laboratory procedures when necessary, leveraging laboratory experience to assist with sample processing or data entry
Qualifications
- Certificate of veterinary Assistant Course(mandetory)
- Laboratory experience is highly desirable to support diagnostic activities
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate attitude towards animals and pet owners
- Proficiency with computer systems and practice management software
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
