We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting people and have the drive to earn based on their performance.
Position Overview
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new customers by visiting residential neighborhoods and introducing homeowners to SkyShine's services.
This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. The more sales you generate, the more you earn.
Compensation
15% Commission on Every Sale You Generate
Examples:
- $500 Sale = $75 Commission
- $1,000 Sale = $150 Commission
- $2,000 Sale = $300 Commission
There is no cap on earnings.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods
- Introduce homeowners to SkyShine services
- Generate quotes and appointments
- Build rapport with potential customers
- Track leads and follow-ups
- Represent the company professionally
- Meet weekly sales goals
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Reliable transportation is considered an asset
- Previous sales experience is an asset but not required
