Administrative Assistant

This position involves performing various administrative tasks. The Administrator will report to the department manager.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Daily requests to and from the client
  • Confirmation of Bankruptcies, CCS, OPD filing with respective agency
  • Sending letters and statements at request
  • Audit accounts for settlement closure
  • Documenting and storing correspondences
  • Daily Planners
  • Filing, copying, scanning, faxing
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of CUBS system
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick learner and able to adapt to changes well
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
