We are an energetic orthodontic office looking for a positive, enthusiastic, and motivated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be an important part of the patient experience. You’ll help patients and families understand orthodontic treatment, discuss treatment options, answer questions, coordinate appointments, and guide families through their orthodontic journey.
What You'll Do
- Meet and build relationships with new patients and their families
- Explain orthodontic treatment and help patients understand their options
- Coordinate treatment starts and follow-ups
- Discuss treatment fees and financing options
- Communicate with patients, parents, and our clinical team
- Provide exceptional customer service from the first visit through treatment
- Keep things organized in a fast-moving environment
- Work closely with our orthodontists and team to provide an outstanding patient experience
Dental experience is REQUIRED.
Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
